note in your notebook:
· Which is the most essay-like?
(The best developed, the clearest thread, the most discernable point…)
· Which has the liveliest, most engaging,
most breathing voice?
· Which is the clearest and most
dynamic on a prose level?
· Which do you find most
interesting and/or compelling, overall?
We are taught not to panic, never to run, when
lost, but the experience itself is so shattering, so robbing of rationality and
all teaching, that every time before I'd been lost, panic and
running ensued.
Revise the last section of
the sentence above, making it as clear and concise as you can.
